How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
 
Return Policy
 
All returns will have a 20% Restock fee.
 
We accept approved returns within 14 days from original ship date. This should give our customers time to make sure the part ordered is correct.
 
If you need to return a part for any reason within the 14 day period, send us an email or call with detailed information on why you need to return the part.
 
All returns need to be approved before shipping to us. You can email or call us for RGA # and Address to ship back to, if your return is approved.
 
We do not accept opened and installed parts back for any reason. Make sure the part is what you need and a match before you attempt to install it.
 
The original sales receipt must accompany all returned merchandise. We email these to all customers at time of purchase.
 
RGA # must be on the outside of the shipping box.
 
Items returned will be credited the purchase price less 20% re-stock fee. No shipping is refunded.
 
Return Condition
 
Items returned, unopened, uninstalled, in their original packaging, including all original materials supplied with the product, this includes all box and packing materials, so item is complete and new.

Refunds will be completed withing 7 days of part receipt in our warehouse.
